INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
On 14 February 2022, we were delighted to join other organisations around the world in celebrating International Epilepsy Day (#EpilepsyDay #IED22).
This aims to increase epilepsy awareness worldwide, influencing legislation to improve the human rights of people with epilepsy, and allow people with epilepsy to share their experiences and stories with others around the world.
As the world was hit by the COVID19 pandemic in 2020, we have been able to deliver food and medicine to some families living with epilepsy thanks to support from international organizations.
We are grateful to Epilepsy Foundation India who generously donated 100 masks and 100 sanitizers at the start of the pandemic. We were able to distribute these among our community to help keep people safe in the current situation.
